Marketing & Sales Two Magical words which are above Recession.
Sales and marketing clearly indicates that there are numerous opportunities if you willing to do job or business .Marketing & Sales jobs or business always for those who wants to work.There is no recessions
i believe continuous working will give result i will show how it will be .we take the example of Newly Started Marketing Company Mr.A who is the owner of this company want to flourish his business but there are lots of challenges as he said like money , manpower,location or office.How he will over come from situation in my sense Mr.A need first of all a small office and he needs to work in B2B model .He needs to increase number of the calls at least 3 calls a day with this his customer pipe line will increase now chances of conversions are more high let suppose avg 3 calls a day 75 calls in a month now in this process eight to ten calls will be converted into sales.
IF Marketing consulting business Mr.A.is doing like above then his main problem of money would be vanish soon if avg conversions are five to eight in the months and avg consulting fees is only ten thousand rupees then Mr.A earning around 80 thousand rupees .And soon he will relies that he have buffer of calls.Now to manage all this process he needs to manpower there are two models of costing one is regular employ and second is per day costing employ in my sense on initial stage Mr.A.should have per day costing employ rather then a regular once.
From the above examples which is directly show the power of Marketing and sales earlier Mr.A who don't have much money but only because of genuine efforts and consistent approach he able to generate income and stability and able over come Recession.
